Prior to Deloitte, Tom served as President & Chief Operating Officer of a technology staffing firm, where he transformed its business model, increased enterprise value, and prepared the company for sale. He repositioned the firm into a full technology solutions provider, built a high-performing sales team, earned recognition in Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Hot 100” Fastest-Growing Companies, and, after engaging a respected M&A advisor, received multiple offers that culminated in a 550% increase in valuation.

Tom was later recruited by a major IT staffing firm as President with his charter being to develop and execute a successful roll-up strategy designed to boost overall market value. In this role, he identified, closed, and integrated three strategic systems-integration firms, launched two additional practices, and played a pivotal role in generating significantly higher valuation multiples and a successful exit.

His distinquished career also includes pivotal GROWTH roles as Senior Vice President of Business Development for a publicly traded professional services firm, VP of Sales for a leading application software provider, and he launched his career in technology sales earning recognition as the top-performing sales professional at every company he represented.
